When you book a service with one of our providers, we immediately begin preparing for your visit. From reviewing your chart to ordering products and reserving your time slot, we make every effort to honor your commitment.
In return, we kindly ask the same respect for our team’s time. To maintain efficiency and accommodate all clients, we’ve implemented the following Cancellation Policy:
Card on File
To secure your appointment, we now require a card on file at the time of booking.
Your card will not be charged when you book—it simply reserves your time slot.
Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we require 72 hours’ notice before your appointment.
Please notify us via email or by calling/texting our office directly.
This advanced notice allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need.
Please note: Messages sent to our social media accounts or staff members’ personal accounts may not be reviewed in time. Always contact our office directly.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
